On the Road Again
Off to Antarctica (major bucket list item). Sitting in Houston getting ready for a LONG flight to Benos Aries, then onward to Ushuaia. Before boarding the Polar Pioneer, I’ll be spending several days photo surfing around Argentina and Chile scouting for future landscape safari locations.
In the photo below, I thought I would get an early start in developing my focus control for photography on a moving boat as we cross Drake Passage. Just a tad bit overweight at 115lbs against a limit of 45kg….you can do the math. The challenge will be with my camera gear. I have a limit of 7kg for the cabin baggage. Well, that’s not gonna work………. we shall see (I have a plan).
